I’m using Adobe Visual Communicator to create my newscasts. I converted my video from .mov to .mpg so it would be compatible with the program and in .mpg format it plays the audio but the video is green. The video was an .mov edited in FinalCut that I converted to .mpg in Adobe Media Encoder.
Any suggestions? Am I missing a codec?
