I have an LCD screen that says it will display video in the following formats Motion JPEG AVI (320 x 240 QVGA 15 frame/sec; 640 x 480 VGA 6 frame/sec)
How do I go about converting video to these formats?
What codec do I need?
I have RAD video tools will this be able to do the conversion?

i had different resolution but only solution that worked for me was

they had oodles of formats and resolutions and best of all it is free
