A .torrent file is NOT a video format. You need to open the .torrent file in a bittorrent client such as Azureus, µtorrent or BitTornado. The client will then download the video file (most commonly .avi) which you can then watch on your computer and/or convert and write to DVD.

I also having same problem.i downloaded .avi files but they were not worked..So please tell which player will open these files or any conversion is required...

Hashishin666 is right. a torrent file is just a shortcut to a file on a server or another persons PC. you’d be better off downloading utorrent as its one of the more reliable download clients. just go to http://www.utorrent.com/ and download it. then add the torrent file to utorrent. this will download the video safely. depending on who is seeding the file on to the net, the download could take a day or less than an hour. good luck
