How to convert RMV file to AVI or MPG

is there any other converter, i dont know why, but i can dowload 'okoker' converter, it says i dont hv permission to access or sumthing, sighs

but i only converts about 5 minutes, n i dont know how to continue the conversion? lol soz im nt very good at dis
