I would like to ask a question that probably has been answered before. If so could anyone direct me to proper link if possible?
I would like to use some good effective software that could convert video files between all popular video formats on the fly. I have googled for it, and OMG, there are so many, some free, some for money, that I got no idea which one is actually good. If anyone has some experience on this field, please give me a tip.

You can try converter TuneCab, it’s really convenient and converts to almost any formats
I’d also recommend tunebite, it’s an universal converter, it converts from -to all the formats u need, audio and video files. I’m using it for some time and it works well, with high speed and has good quality
