try to use AVS Video Converter from AVS Video Tools. It supports lots of video formats including rmvb, vob, dvd and has built-in DVD burning engine.

Usually there are two types of programs. Ones can only compile video DVDs, others only burn DVDs. AVS Video Tools with its integrated DVD burning engine will never make you to search for another program for a DVD burning task!!!

USE Formatfactory to convert RMVB videos to vob . its free
Then use a authoring software or try to save 3 vobs videos as data DVD and see if your home DVD readit directly without menus. lol
