.iso to DVD-RW?

I have downloaded the German version of Rosetta Stone via a torrent, but when I try to burn the image, it doesn’t seem to work. All it is doing is copying 7 storing the files on the image, it’s driving me mental!

I am using blank and brand new Phillips 4.7gb DVD-RW CD’s and I’ve tried using both gburner & Format Factory to mount the images but nothing seems to be working as it should. I’m beginning to wonder if .iso can be burned as an image at all on these discs?
