Newbie at this, folks. I’ve been learning, but am still in the dark a great deal.
Much of my boxing collection has been on tape or DVHS. I was able to get some of my favorite matches recently as .WMV files and also a couple that are basically in a DVD like format (see attached image).
But I’ve no idea how to burn them to DVD. All are 720p High Def and I want to keep them that way.
For .mkv files I have figured out how to do it using mk2vob and ImgBurn.
How do I make a Blu-Ray compatible burn out of the .vob files in the attached image?
And how can I take a .WMV file that is 720p HD and create a Blu-Ray burn?
I’ve spent a few hours reading up on this stuff, but so far I have only licked the .mkv stuff, so I am sorry for asking what might be a really stupid question.
By the way, if anyone knows how to clip an mkv file (as in, cut off the first say ten minutes of a 45 minute file) please let me know. I have a few that need duel layer discs because they are just a little over 4.35 gig. Remove the beginning (intro for fights, national anthems) and it will be fine.
