Download MPEGable DirectShow Decoder

This filter can decode MP4 and 3GP files, in particular the ones encoded in MPEG-4, part 2 (fourcc MP4V) (the kind most frequently encountered).
It won’t decode the rarer MP4’s encoded in H.264 (AVC1), nor 3GP’s encoded in H.263 (S263) or H.264 (AVC1).
