YouGo MPEG4 Player - DVD to ASF but no sound

I´ve recently purchased a YouGo MPEG4 player. One of the functions is movie record (TV or DVDs into ASF files).

when I record a DVD from my DVD player the sound is good and I can see the subtitles and everything but I don’t hear the voices of the actors in the movie. Why??

Anybody have this player and/or ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!!!
