when i try to convert this external exception error just appears! what do i have to do? help! i’m converting files like ".mw.xvid” and “hdtv-lol.[VTV]”

K-LITE Get it here
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm or try useing dvd santa full version
