Winavi 7.6 keeps crashing?

I have no idea why either?

Everytime I convert RM to AVI it crashes!

2 progames you can use
1.vcdgear(free) to convert the file into many you would be better converting into mpeg
2.then convert the mpeg into dvd files (vob)ect
3.then use dvd shrink (free) to burn or
clone dvd 2 top old but still the best and quick does’nt crease your disc neither ?

1.make sure you have installed the codec for [url=http://www.winavi.com/rm-converter.htm]RM[/url] and [url=http://www.winavi.com/avi-to-dvd.htm]AVI[/url].
2.Make sure the original file can be played on your pc.
3.uninstall completely and reinstall the program.
