Winav video converter problem

I have been using this prog for ages now with great success then suddenly it keeps bringing up an error message “winavi has encountered a problem and needs to close”. I have tried d/l different versions of the prog but the same thing keeps happening. Can anyone help me please?

i’ve heared of many problems winav always creates, so why not get rid of it and try another one ,you can go here for more info

Winavi is no problem at all...

i also have some little problem about this converting......i’m still learning...So hard...

i once came across the problem, and it was the virus that paralyzed certain funcitons ~~

It needs to close maybe due to some wrong operation.
You should check the original file and the codec you have.And i think the best way is email to winavi.com/avi-to-dvd.htm" rel="nofollow" target="_new">WinAVI,they may help you fix that.
