problem converting

ok idk if this is the right forum for this, but anyway, i have winavi video converter version 8 and im having problem converting my mp4 video to avi. whenever i try to convert them i get a message saying that “the file cant be decoded! maybe the fie is broken or the relative decoder is not installed!" and i know the file is not broken so does any1 know how to fix this?

May be you should try some other video converter applications such as Xilisoft video converter. It supports almost all video formats.
