Premeir Pro 1.5 How do you get ride of the home video look?

Hey,

I want the whole video to have more of a professianl movie look and not have that home video real time look. I want it to look more slick and slowed down. Is there a plug-in for something like this. Please help.

Also, I used the “hold frame” feature and I did a test burn and some of the frames I froze flicker? Any advice?
