Motion Jpeg Canon Mv200 SDram card

Hi, I have a Canon Mv200 camcorder.
It have a expansion slot for Sdram card.
It can record a film both on MiniDv and On SDram Card(flash memory).
It record a film on Sdram card as Motion Jpeg Format.

Now, I have a 16mB Sdram card(General on camcorder), I don’t know, Is it resonably, that I get a Sdram with high capasity(1Gb) for records films on Card with Motion jpeg Format??
Do I Loss quality or anything?
Is this a good idea?
Please help and guid me about this problem.
