KVCD to DVD disk

Hi all ,
I have a KVCD file in bin/cue form that I wish to burn to a DVD disk but wont do because it wants a cdrw. The cue file has a bit in it that goes like this..... TRACK 01 MODE2/2352 . Is the 2352 part whats indicating cdrw only and if so what number would allow dvd-r ???

just brun it to a CDr like it wants
