I want a program to convert video files to MPX format

i have a PMP kingston transcoder which converts vedio files into .mpx

but the problem is that any file i want to convert it says unsupported file format
wat the shit is this

everyone says kingston’s converter is great and it works, but one problem... it’s only compatible with Macs!! i don’t have a mac. i need to convert to mpx. HELP ME!!
