Well wvtn, I am alot older than 11 and I also am having the same problem. I converted .wmv files to .mpeg1 files (by the way files to my knowledge have to be .mpeg1 in order to burn as a vcd), anyway once converted I used NTI CD/DVD Maker 6.5(i think that version) to burn to a CD. The picture was very small on tv, but was full size on my computer. Could someone out there PLEASE help us. Thx in advance.

If you are using a video out or something similar then try using the program that came with your video card to edit the size.

Example:

I purchased the Radeon 9800 Pro a while back and then I noticed that the video seemed to be very small so I tweaked the settings by going and opening the control panel for ATI and then I editted the settings for the TV and my computer so It displayed at the ration I set (Fullscreen)
