how do you convert .mov, .avi, .wma, and .mpeg files into .mpeg4 (useable on PSP)

i’ve been looking around for some ways to convert my file types without the hastle of buying a cd kit that is made for converting file-types to PSP-playable ones. If u have any advice or if you’re in the same boat as i am, just comment
