how do I convert files into mtv format?

i recently got a mp4 player of ebay, but it says that the only video format it can play is a format called MTV.
it says use a instalation procedure thats attached at random. but i don’t have anytg=hing like that so i have no idea what to do!

me either... i gaot one too but i dunno how to convert files to mtv :S

After converting the mpeg vedio file in to mtv file, vedio is played but in audio the back ground music alone is coming but the voice track is not coming only dragging noice is coming;how can I solve this.?
