Help using #1DVD Ripper

Hey guys...I have a few dvd’s I own that I wanna make a giant collage of clips of my favorite parts. However, a few of my dvds, when I rip certain parts of the features, there’s a blue and green bar on the bottom and right sides. Is there any way to get rid of that?

Which dvd ripper tool you are using?
The dvd ripper I use provide additional video editing function, including crop black bar on screen, trim time length for a specific video clip, merge several video clips into a single file etc.
