flash mx 2004 to avi to vcd

i have a flash file that i exported to avi(compressed)using flash mx 2004 then using nero i burned it for vcd format.. it worked but the graphics quality is way to different when it was in avi or flash format.. but i also tried exporting the flash file to avi(now UNCOMPRESSED) then burned in nero for vcd format... the graphics was good but the output is like a mirror in which the image is half seen.. the size of my flash file is 352x240... can someone help me with these?
