Editing audio on a mov file?

I’m new to video editing and to youtube. I posted a video recently that was muted due to copyright infringement (which as stupid as it sounds, I didn’t know much about)...

I went to edit the video, planning to reupload it without the song I used, but realized I deleted the Imovie project file and all I have is the mov file. Is there a program that will edit the audio on it?

Thank you so much for your help...the video took so much time and effort, I’m really upset.
