trustme wrote: i use presentation to video converter. it has everything i need:
1. easy to use and intuitive interface
2. ppt/pps 2 avi/asf/wmv/mpeg conversion
3. option “burn cd/dvd” (it’s also a cd-dvd-burner, wow!)
4. no audio and video quality loss (i’ve read that many similar programs have problems with audio)
5. options “auto click” (very useful!!!) and width-height changing
well.. as you see it’s worth of money it costs isn’t it? by the way you can use a FREE version as long as you want. it just adds a little logo in the lower right hand corner. this program looks very promising. advise you to try it.

Good prog! i use it too!

As I know,PowerPoint can package for a digital CD that can play on computer. Now that you want to convert to video, you can have a look at this: http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00156.html or this: http://multimedia-loong.blogspot.com/2008/07/how-to-convert-powerpoint-presentation.html
Or you can use some tools to convert ppt to video directly to backup your presentation.Moyea PPT to DVD Burner can do this.

I use a program called Smart PPT Converter. You can find it at http://www.ppt-to-video-converter.com
What I like about it is that it is simple and keeps all the effects sounds and videos.
