Converting BIN to AVI

for the “binary” error with .cue files make sure both .bin, .cue, and the link name (matching target .bin) have NO SPACES!

OK maybe this will help someone. Once I extracted the .DAT file, and tried to rename it to .MPEG, the file association would not change and therefore I could not load it into my DVD conversion software because the DVD software does not recognize .DAT.
So I went to control panel>Tools(at top of window)>folder options>view tab>and UNCHECK “hide extensions for known file types”>click apply and ok.

NOW you can rename the file to .MPEG and load it into your DVD conversion software.
