Converting AVI to VCD

I am trying to convert some avi’s and divx’s, but they are showing pink skin as blue!
Anyone know the problem?

yes i do know what the problem is its called wasting your time trying to convert a crappy p2p reincoded divx file into an even crappier vcd file dont waste your time !!

what converter are you using? are you extracting the audio first?

I have tried EO Video and TMPGenc. Neither works.
