Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone else is having issues with Adobe Premiere 6 with mpg files from Sony Cybershots. I notice that after I add the mpg file to the timeline and play it. It tends to jump and repeat (as in echo the audio) in random places. Unfortunately this problem is also exported to the converted video. Anyone experience this before and have any suggestions.

Thanks

I had the same problem. I had the idea to change the video from mpg to avi. So I got a free converter off the internet and converted the mpg to avi and it worked. Flickering was gone.

I have a similar problem.
When I try to import the mpg file to Premier6.0 it gives the following error:
“Unable to open that file.
The file was recorded at an unsupported rate. The supported rates are ...."
Does somebody know how to fix this?
