why wont my back up copy of making a back up copy of football manager 2007 work

i am making a back up copy with nero, but i install it ok but when i go to play it it say,s PLEASE EJECT AND RE-INSERT CD-ROM,SELECT OK AND RESTART APPLICATION could any body please help thanx
