Serious Problem with Audio and Visual

Well, I’ve found what I was doing wrong with burning my DVD’s, but I know have an audio and quality problem.

The problem is, When I play ripped DVD’s, I get a 2 to 3 second delay of speech and the quality of the movie is terrible with with lines running across it.

Can anyone please tell me what I’m doing wrong and hwta must I do to fix it?

possible trying another kind of burning tool would sort this problem, which one are u using?

I’m Using Nro Burning ROM 6, it worked well for my downloaded movies, but ripped movies didn’t work so well.
