Rescue a unfinalized DVD from my Liteon 5005 recorder

I have a standalone LiteOn 5005 DVD recorder. It recorded to and played a dvd until I ejected it and now it won’t recognized the dvd. I used Isobusted to extract the Open session 1 folder which contained four files Track1 thru 4 and these were .tao files. Can I burn these to a dvd now and make a useable dvd that will play the movie? I have 2 liteon PC based dvd burners.
