okay, so in just finished a movie and i need to save it and its not letting me. it says it could varifying files, not enough room or the files have been moved. none of the files have been moved and theirs more then enough room. what is wrong?

close all your media player, including windows media player, itunes, quicktime, vlc player, etc.
