NeroVision Express 3 Transcoding problem

I am trying to burn a movie in avi format to DVD, but it always stops at a certain point in the movie during the transcoding process and stops responding. However, I have burned other DVDs in avi format so I don’t understand why a couple others won’t work. Does anyone know what the problem could be? If not, can you recommend another program to burn with?

i have the exact same problem! i can’t seem to get around it at all
