MP3's to DVD - IT CAN BE DONE!!

Damnit! I just burned a 4.7 DVD full of MP3 and put it in my brand new Sony Blu-Ray player... and guess what; it will NOT play it.

What the heck! I thought by now some manufacturer would make it possible...

nobody here asking about to CD Player read DVD disks... duh!!! first learn to READ!!!!

ok I dont know why my “DVD” Player that can play CDs with mp3.. can’t do the same with DVD Disc.... the “DVD” player has the “hardware” for play DVDs... and decode mp3.... but only play mp3 if the media is a CD... maybe when a DVD is inserted.... the DVD PLAYER expects... a DVD floder structure and does not like foun a dir with mp3 files...

If I found a solutions for this, i will post here..

That means that you are blind my friend,read my post again,it answer the question of the original post.I DID BURN MP3(128MBPS)FILES ON A DVD,AND THAT DVD I PLAY IN MY DVD STAND ALONE (SAMSUNG),i dont know who is that worst people!uffff, at the end,we are here to learn from each other.

now i have a new question. does anyone know of a car cd player that can read dvd with mp3 on it. because i have a lot of music. and no mp3 player. and i hate having a billion cds. i would just like the have a few dvds with everything on them. but im sure i might just be easier to get an mp3 player. oh and my cd player doesnt have the spot to hook a mp3 player up to it.

Look ... it’s all been said ... you cannot play a vinyl record in a tape cassette player any more than a DVD (all together now repeat) DVD! can play in a CD player. THat said (repeat) that said ...putting MP3’s on a DVD is a nice backup storage idea ...FOR playing in (all together now) a DVD player.

Some DVD players can play MP3’s but most cannot. They are designed that way. There is no workaround. I recorded a dvd with over 550 tracks of Eric Clapton and it plays fine on my (old)refurbished Sony DVP-NS75H DVD/CD Single Disc Player(720/1081 Upscale)but will not play on either of the Sony 5-Disc DVD Changers in the house or on any of the players of the folks I have donated copies to. Tried Roxio, Nero, Corel, Ulead...none solved issue so it is not a software problem. Must be that the player is unable to read the tracks. Suspect that upscaling dvd players will work just as mine does.

I have burned mp3 dvd but wont play on anything other than my computer,can you help

Dude how did you do that ? I burned a dual layer dvd with 1823 mp3 files on it,but it only plays in my lap top and one of my dvd players.I would love to get a dvd like this to play in a cd player.

Try NERO,I burned a dual layer dvd disc with over 1800 mp3 files on it.it will play in my sony dvd player with no problems.hope this is helpful,or at least better than going without.
