I want to burn MDS files mounted in a virtual drive to a CD. Can I?

I have some files that are in MDF and MDS format mounted to a virtual drive using Daemon Tools. Can I burn them on a CD to free up some space on my hard drive?

I have Roxio Easy CD Creator 5 Basic and Nero 6.
