You mean thats it blurry and all? If so, thats just on how you compress your vid. Adobe Premiere can compress in many ways, try somesmiley

It’s something about the file you start with.If you got a low resolution video clip or movie converting won’t be any difference even if you try to make it DVD.It’s like a speed for sound the faster the better quality but for video is not working.Take just a picture with a very bad quality using any kind of correction won’t be better.Choose before downloding a Xvid good quality and shorter time for download. Some movie called nuke or pot are the lowest quality so pass it.It’s about a guy who want to make easy money go to theatre with a camera and capture the movie on whatever tape disc memory so you can see people in front of camera standing up going for coke or something.Because of the sourround sound the audio quality is even lower than the video and as I said pass it.Xvid is done from a screener or DVD and the quality is much better.

“Enhancemovie” u can get it from www.download.com

It works to brightin the light,it can set the focus and even increased the frame rate in which makes the movie quality better. It’s a really good program and can even make tmd and pot movies look really good. You can use audio inhancer to make the sound really good almost perfect if you have sound-blasters audio card. It will take some practice but from a tmd movie you can get it close to a xvid quality by using the program.
