Hey, I used dvd decrypter, turned off file splitting, used ifo I mode, and only chose one audio format. Hence, I have the barebones of what is needed to play a movie. However, I do not know how to burn my one ifo file and my one vob file to play on a dvd player.

any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

You can try iDVD, if the iDVD can’t meet your needs, you can search some other third party program
