DVD Flick is one of the originals and still the best and free. Add avi file and in project settings tick create iso and burn to disc. Once complete we will find the iso and lots of smaller files (can delete after burn if you like), You will also find empty audio folder and full video folder bit of a double up here but delete also once completed. Program will convert avi 700mb to about 2Gig. Flick uses IMGBurn to burn to disc. Really simple program and works everytime using torrent files. I’ve made bout 10 dvd over the last week and haven’t had one fail. I was mucking around with various programs trying to convert from avi to mpeg2 prior to burning but don’t bother. DVD flick is very simple to use and a great interface. Cheers Rowdy

Guys you dont need to use nero or anything of that sort. dont even need to convert it to mpegs to do the jog.. just download this software called convert2xdvd and with it you can convert any video format to dvd movie format...

enjoy

i heard that if you download the dvd then convert it to avi using pingchow pro its 10xs faster than using normal converters such as nero and divxtodvd.
trust me i know what im talking about when i say that overloading the network with multipul time fractions and restraints with the diverse culture in the way we speak is not a matter for discussion.

all of this is bullshit, ive burnt at least 3 avi files to dvd and its simple.
First you will need a program called convertxtodvd (thats the best and easiest program) i suggest you download the full version so you dont get water marks when you burn it (crappy trial version)
then once you have it you go to add new video file, locate the file you want to burn, then press convert. This will take about an hour to convert and once it finished your dvd drive will automatically eject and a message comes up you will have to put a blank DVD-/+/RW then that burns which takes up to an hour.
Good luck

I use Ultra video converter. It’s by far the easiest to use I have found. Not sure where you can download it for free but it’s worth searching for.
