It is likely a problem with either the quality of your blanks, or the format you’re trying to use (DVD+R).

DVD+R is not as well-read (compatible) on players as DVD-R, especially on older machines. Try a Verbatim DVD-R instead.

For a list of the best blanks to use, and where to find them at the best prices, see the reviews at http://www.digitalfaq.com/reviews/dvd-media.htm and guides at http://www.digitalfaq.com/guides/media/index.htm

Good luck. smiley
