I have a panasonic dvd player that plays DVD-RW and when i make direct copies of dvds using DvdShrink and Nero they DVD-RW works. However, when i use VSODivx to DVD and burn the VTS files the disc reads “this disc is unreadable” although the player does recognize that it is a DVD. Can someone please help me with this problem

thanks

First check on VSO your video system Pal or NTSC.Second try to play the vob from your vts after convertion. If the vob plays ok check Nero or your burning software for setting on Pal or NTSC and be sure you don’t burn it as a data.VSO works better with copy on dvd but is not a must. Here is a link and download players like VLC and BSplayer are very good. http://www.free-codecs.com/

WinAvi Video Converter n VSO DivX 2 DVD copies xactly the same way s ur AVI files r encoded in..that’s DivX when they turn it in2 VOB. So Panasonic Standalone DVD player can’t handle all AVI that has been converted in2 VOB with the software/programme that I have mention. If U do not want 2 spend another 30 2 40 bucks 2 get urself a DivX compatible DVD player, then get a software called DVD Santa vers 4.0. This software is user friendly 2 all existing DVD players on the market regardless of makes n models.
