downloaded tv files

gday. i download Tv alt the time and usually the show comes down in an individual avi or mpeg file. lately they have been coming down in a file with about 10 zipped file’s and other bits annd pieces instead of one file. How the hell do i burn these to my vcd or dvd? I use nero> Jeff
