i’m trying to burn video clips on a CD by using ahead nero software. the problem is that i don’t know which types of CD’s to use in order to burn the clips onto the CD without getting an error. what kind of CD should i use to burn the video clips. i tried using a CD-RW disk to burn the clips but i kept getting an error signal saying that the disk cannot be overidden and that the disk is not compatible with the software. as u can see i am prettyclueless. i need some help. thanks

You can try using a CD R instead of CD RW. they tend to be more loyal. I use nero and make VCDs with my video files, I used CD-Rs and it works fine. So that might work for you.

Hope this helps!

I had no trouble with the sample version of Nero 9. Every clip was able to be imported from real player. Once I paid for it, it seems to reject 1 out of 4 clips which I used to be able to burn in the past. First I get a message that microsoft has to close than I get a general message saying something to the effect that it can’t load the file requested.
This is really annoying and I had no idea that Nero had no US support. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am using Nero 5 and trying to burn pics, audio and video to CD. Have managed to successfully burn this to CD-RW 1x4 700mb 80 mins, and this plays great on our DVD player, but when I try to burn to CD-R 1x52 700mb 80 mins it says burn unsuccessful and when the CD is played in DVD recorder it plays up to about 8mins which is so far into the pics and audio part of the CD. Can anybody give me a solution as to why it burns successfully to CD-RW and not to CD-R doing exactly the same thing.

You can also try cucuusoft to burn video files to DVD, it is a great alternate of nero.
