I try to burn a CD or DVD and put into standalone DVD player and the disc is not recognised, have two burners same issues, only recently started happening.
DVD drives seam to be working fine, Same with Stand alone DVD player, DVD discs use different (grade A, silver tops, cheap discs, samurai and infinity discs as well as infinity discs)

Can anyone help?

Also - I have driver going into ‘Device Manager’ and uninstalling the drivers, re-booting and still same problem, I have also done a full hard wipe of my driver and installed windows from scratch, I have tried Nero, Cyberlink Pro, Cyberlink Power2go, Cyberlink PowerDVD, ImgBurn, PowerISO and InfraRecorder and still no joy.

I recommend you use cucu soft dvd burner to burn DVD movies, it is good at burning videos to dvd movies and make them play on DVD player. It Supports DivX, XviD, AVI, VOB, .asf, .wmv, .rm, .rmvb, and .mov format as input video.

You can visit this page to learn how to use this program to burn dvds
