burning 780mb file to 700 mb cd

hi, does anyone know how i can burn a 780mb MDF file into a cd or split the file into two and burn it into two cds?

plz someone help me

well is there a way to split the file into seperate files?

U can splits the files..of course!(if U have a software that could do it) Google the web 4 it.
