keeps coming up on when i try to start voice chat

1. i tried to chat on yahoo messenger ,web cam is working but voice comn is not possible .
2. my mic works in XP for voice recording but not on messenger
3. message displayed is- voice error, your computers sound mixer could not be initialised .
4. in messenger i’m using connection firewall with no proxies. mail id is capt_amit_2001@yahoo.com

i m not able to login on ver yahoo messanger 8.0.0.1 message is try again, But same time i can login through ver 6.5 (yahoo messanger),So plz help me out.

coz i have bought a new pc and i m facing the same problem
every time i invite somebody to conference i get a error message saying “your computers audio mixer cannot be initialized and mute is automatically selected"

Hello and Good Evening,

When i go to Yahoo! Messenger chat rooms, an error pops up saying:

“This computer does not support the required uncompressed audio format”

then another pops up afterwards saying:

“The computer audio mixer could
not be initialized."

My computer is the same. I do have the lastest
Yahoo! Messenger w/Voice 8 so could anyone help me with this problem?

I have voice problem in my old yahoo messanger. When I try to do voice confrence. It’s give me error like that. “You are not authorised to join this conference”.

i’ve this problem too, it alert me “singing in to chat took longer then expected. please tray again later”. my connectins is stable, and i tryed to join rooms all the day!

i have solve this problem u don’t have to any thing just install a new sound card. trust me i have solve these problem now i can have voice chat with my friend easily
