I used Yahoo Messenger ver 6 and recently upgraded to 7,0,0,438. after i upgrade, i can’t do audio chat and worse i can’t even see the CALL button in the Yahoo Messenger.

But my soundcard is working fine , i tested by downloading Skype messenger service.

Is there any solution, please let me know

iam facing the same problem wht the others r facing....i can hear pplz talking but i cant talk on mic...but i can put songs in room using hands free..but mic is not working for me..but whn on other computer the mic works fine.any soulution regarding this..realteck is good.?

solution

1) you have temporarily been banned on the voice server, change your ip address and re-log in or try after sometime and the band will be uplifted.

2)Try different yahoo clients such as yahelite or yazaak etc which give much better voice control.

Solution: replace your ip address with ip address your partner, then replace again with your ip address.
