TV Box - Sound like stadic noise (Video ok)

Hi there,
I have a Gadmei UTV310 TV Box, I have installed everything according to the manual instractions but unfortunatelly when i load the program for viewing TV instead of proper sound I get a continuous fsshhhhhhhhhh...

While searching through the web for finding a solution, i realised thet the problem is on decoding the sound system that Czechs use for their channels.

My question is, which, or from where can i download proper audio codecs (direct link will be much appreciated), and the most important, how can I add them to the program that I use (either TV Plus 3.0 or PowerCinema4)
