true voxware ac8

looking for true voxware ac8 codec (0x0070).
the voxware metasound downloads dont seem to include it (even tho 1 says it does).
ive seen refences to it being the same as
lernout & hauspie CELP (0x1101?) if this is so will just changing the tag with an AVI tag editor
fix this?
