I’m using quicktime to play an avi file but the audio won’t work, and in the inspector " thousands 'ms' " codec shows up. I’m guessing this is the audio codec that i’m missing but where can i find this codec? i’ve tried dling ac3 but it still wont work...

maybe the problem is quicktime doesn’t support the audio codec format of your avi file

download and use VLC player it has all its own cdeocs and will play most files or search “codec pack” but be careful as some of them have been infected with viruses and trojans only use reputable sites like download.comReferences :
