It seems a lot of people have been havign this problem, so i have tried all their different methods of fixing it. I’ve tried nearly everything and it just won’t work, im starting to think maybe god just dosent want me to have anime or movies anymore. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think that it is the new version of Windows Media Player, version 10. It could be a security thing to stop file sharing. I too have tried everything and no joy. Eventually someone will figure it out.

i keep getrting this error when oppening a wmv with media player 9 says i need gormat tag 130 but tried searching everywhere and just can' find a download not even in microsoft codec pack

I have windows media player 10 also..i have tryed all my other players too, i also tryed downloading some with no avail.....can anyone help?

i need help trying to find audio codec “1”. Windows media player 10 wont let me play a wave and its really bugging me. Could anyone help.Please if anyone nows anything please help me!!

Hi was having major probs with this but found something called Ace codec Mega pack via google it’s a47n mb prog but has fixed all my probs so give it as try this link http://www.soft32.com/download-ACE_Mega_CoDecS_Pack-3916-5.html
or type ace codec mega pack into google it’s the first link

Try a different browder
I use explorer 6 &Netscape 7.2 or versio 8.0 beta
won’t keep bothering to post to this as I was trying to help but guess you just can’t help some people

some said earlier ace mega codec pack worked better
version 5.93, im a klm codec pack or gordian knot
until i was running yahoo and no sound. I couldnt get that TrueSpeech codec anywhere, not even from microsoft, until ace codec pack installed it. this was 3 days of searchng and loading, so ace pack rules!!!! on at least one of my computers. i’ll have KLM codec pack on the other so i can compare results

i’ve given the answer to this problem and had a few rude replies i’ll try helping 1 more time then sod the lot of you
goto google and search for ace mega codec pack its a big file over 40 meg but hasd fixed all my problems - leave it with u and no nasty or rude replies please

Hi Paul,

I spent several hours trying to get an IMAX video to play audio, after I followd your suggestion it worked perfectly! Any idiot who gave you a rude remark should be drawn & Quartered! Thanks for your post, I am sure many other people will be as relieved as I was when it worked so well. Thanks for your help and dont be bothered by any mindless morons who are so technologicaly impared they can appreciate help by pro like you.

The VLC MEDIA PLAYER is good
for this problem, although it did
not solve my problem because I found
out the file from where the website
was coming in bad condition.
